The application provides users with the display of their electronic prescriptions (ePrescriptions), electronic vouchers (eVouchers), and vaccination records (until 11/2022).

The application offers an overview of issued ePrescriptions, eVouchers, vaccination records, and a summary of your children's records electronically filed by the prescribing physician into the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions, Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers, Central Vaccination Record Repository, with successful patient identification matching the record to the Population Register.

Users log in to the application through Citizen Identity.

The application allows setting access permissions for doctors, pharmacists, and clinical pharmacists to view your medication record.

What is an ePrescription?
ePrescription is a prescription for medicinal products issued in electronic form. A physician-issued ePrescription is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER). Each ePrescription is assigned a unique identifier. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist scans the ePrescription identifier. If found in CÚER, the prescribed medicinal product is dispensed to the patient. Information about dispensing is recorded in CÚER.

What is an eVoucher?
eVoucher is a voucher for healthcare supplies issued in electronic form. A prescriber-issued eVoucher is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP). Each eVoucher is assigned a unique identifier. At the pharmacy, healthcare supply dispensary, or optician, staff scans the eVoucher identifier. If found in CÚEP, the prescribed healthcare supply is dispensed to the patient. Information about dispensing is recorded in CÚEP.

eVoucher has been operational since May 1, 2022, as part of the ePrescription system and is optional for healthcare professionals and dispensaries. All types of healthcare supplies (glasses, contact lenses, crutches, wheelchairs, incontinence aids, etc.) can be prescribed on an eVoucher.
